February 4th, 2011 Lots of people jog for exercise. As long as you are going for a run, why not run an errand for someone who needs help at the same time? This is the idea behind The Good Gym: this organization matches runners with less mobile people in their neighborhood who need groceries, other goods or just

January 29th, 2011 In the Flow …motivation, intention, gifts and circumstances all meet. Being in the flow or not is like turning a water valve on or off. Chaos leads to inspiration. Most of my life I have allowed myself to be diverted from what I came here to do. Don’t ask how…just say yes. Vivid imagination is

December 26th, 2010 “When the song of the angels is stilled, when the star in the sky is gone, when the kings and princes are home, when the shepherds are back with the flocks, then the work of Christmas begins: to find the lost, to heal the broken in spirit, to feed the hungry, to release the oppressed,

December 10th, 2010 The best place to eat lobster is as close to the sea as possible – or at Marilyn’s house! A poem of inspiration Jesus dreamt
Of a world
Of one
Global family
Each person
Relationship
Friendship
And blood family
Being a gift
From his Abba
Attempting to
Overcome the
Barriers of
Race, colour,
Sex and creed.
Locally we
Come together
With our individualities
Our languages
And cultures
Separate and distinct….
But there are
The obstacles
Of not knowing
Each other
And therefore
Experiencing a degree
Of unsureness
And fear.
We pass different ones
Sometimes as shadows …
Each of us
So tends to
Be centred on self
And yet how
We hunger for
Change, conversion
Of our hearts
And minds.
